Blackcam systems can be ground supported, can fly overhead inverted, or can have its dolly and track hidden under a stage with only the camera and head visible. Furthermore, Blackcam systems can be tethered on a wire, or can be operated completely wireless.

Small, fast and quiet … the Blackcam B40 is the ‘no compromise’ solution able to support high quality camera/lens systems up to 11 lbs (or more if using alternate pan/tilt head choices).
The Blackcam B40 is the perfect solution for travelling low along the downstage edge, flying above a fashion runway catwalk, or having its track and dolly being hidden under the stage with only the camera, lens and pan/tilt arm visible to talent and audience.
Typical 2/3” imager camera systems accommodated include the Sony HDCP43 (UHD/4K) or the Sony HDCP1/3 (1080HD) cameras, or (with the optional heavy duty head extension) the Sony PMWF55LIVE Super35mm large sensor camera system, Sony HDC4300 or HDC2500 broadcast cameras.

Overview
When you need a rail based camera tracking system that can be flown inverted overhead, or that can operated ground supported and telescopes vertically adjusting its height smoothly on-air, look no further than the Blackcam B60.
Compared to the competition the Blackcam B60 can operate on longer track distances; has a smaller, faster, quieter dolly; and its center column is more stable when extended vertically, potentially reducing the need for costly stabilized head rentals. The B60’s advanced design allows it to be able to support camera/lens system payloads up to 44 lbs.
Blackcam B60 applications are only limited to your creative vision. Fly it overhead from lighting truss while making on-air vertical moves. Position it in your audience without taking up all the space or creating the distraction a conventional dolly track, camera operator and dolly grip would cause. Or place the Blackcam B60 on-stage or on the downstage lip, having it glide smoothly achieving Steadicam, jib or Towercam-like shots without negatively impacting your other camera angles with systems that have a larger footprint, or require a larger crew on or near the stage.
The Blackcam B60 is capable of hardwired or completely wireless operation and can be used on straight or curved low profile lightweight extruded aluminum anodized black track.
